Collaborated with the District Secretariat of Mobility of Bogotá and the University of Los Andes to support data-driven decision-making aimed at reducing traffic accidents in Bogotá. Developed a visualization and identification tool for traffic accidents occurring within specific distances from Points of Interest such as intersections, traffic lights, bridges, buses stops, bike lanes, etc.
Designed and implemented over 30 dynamic visualizations using JavaScript, D3.js, ArcGIS JS 4x, and Python, integrating data from the Secretariat of Mobility of Bogotá. The project involved data collection, cleaning, and processing, focusing on accidents involving pedestrians, cyclists, and motorcyclists, along with infrastructure Points of Interest data.
